ABC Fitness Technology Team has scheduled a maintenance window for our Ignite applications to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of our core IGNITE applications and database systems during the peak season.
When is this happening? Starting November 8th, 2025, we will follow the schedule below: • Eastern: from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am Eastern • Central: from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am Central • Pacific: from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am Pacific
What will be affected? During the planned maintenance window, all of ABC Fitness services/products will be unavailable, including: • IGNITE Membership Operations and DataTrak • Billing System • All API Services for both IGNITE M&O and Billing • MICO/Member Portal • IGNITE Engagement • EON
Additionally, the following elements will be temporarily delayed upon maintenance completion while data syncs across the systems: • Data Warehouse Delivery • CRS & Excel / BI Reporting • IGNITE Sales / GymSales integration syncing between M&O & GymSales • IGNITE Analyze / Customize Data delivery There may be potential latency for 24–48 hours after completion as our team fine tunes backend processing.
Why is this happening? This maintenance is part of our Peak Season readiness efforts. During this window, we will perform general system maintenance related to our applications and databases. These activities are to ensure stability, optimal performance, and readiness for increased seasonal demand.
What can you do? During this time, you will need to do things manually and capture any information in writing so when the system comes back online you can log it into the platform.
