ABC Fitness Technology Team will be performing scheduled maintenance on the IGNITE M&O and DataTrak platform infrastructure. This maintenance is to ensure compliance, availability, scalability, and security of our core database system, with maintenance commencing during the following timeframe:

6:00 PM PDT on 06/8/24 until 4:00 AM PDT on 06/09/24
8:00 PM CDT on 06/08/24 until 6:00 AM CDT on 06/9/24
9:00 PM EDT on 06/08/24 until 7:00 AM EDT on 06/09/24

During the planned maintenance window, all of ABC Fitness services/products will be unavailable:
• IGNITE Membership Operations and DataTrak
• Billing System
• All API Services for both IGNITE M&O and Billing.
• MICO/Member Portal.
• IGNITE Engagement.
• EON
• Data Warehouse Delivery will be delayed.
• CRS & Excel/Bi Reporting will be unavailable or delayed for up to 12 hours after the maintenance is
complete and data syncs.
• IGNITE Sales / GymSales integration syncing between M&O & GymSales will be unavailable during the
maintenance and maybe delayed for up to 12 hours after the maintenance is complete and data syncs.
• IGNITE Analyze / Customize Data delivery will be delayed for up to 12 hours after the maintenance is
complete.
• Potential latency 48 hours following a patch, as the Engineers will fine tune backend processing.


The ABC Fitness Command Center will provide updates via the Status Page when updates are available.

Update - The ABC Technical teams successfully implemented a fix on Friday, April 26th. Since then, ABC has not encountered the backlog of reports that was previously experienced. We are actively monitoring the system throughout the remainder of the week to ensure that no further latency issues arise outside of the billing cycle.

Additional enhancements have been implemented to the reporting infrastructure by ABC, and we will keep monitoring the situation and providing updates through StatusPage as we work to confirm a permanent solution.

Update - Update: the below maintenance will be rescheduled to a later date as technical teams further investigate the root cause.

In an effort to resolve the report latency ABC will be performing a brief system maintenance this evening at 7:15 Central time for 1 hour.
Ad hoc reports submitted during the maintenance will queue and send once the maintenance is complete.
Currently Report queues are up to date and processing reports normally
