ABC Fitness Quarterly Maintenance (Q2 2026) Jun 6, 2026 20:00 - Jun 7, 2026 06:00 CDT

ABC Fitness Technology Team will be performing scheduled maintenance on ABC products. This maintenance is to upgrade our backend infrastructure to ensure compliance, availability, scalability, and security of our core systems, with maintenance commencing during the following timeframe:

When is this happening?
Starting June 6th, 2026, we will follow the schedule below:
• Pacific: from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Central: from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Eastern: from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

What will be affected?
During the planned maintenance window, all of ABC Fitness services/products will be unavailable including:
• IGNITE Membership Operations and DataTrak
• Billing System
• All API Services for both IGNITE M&O and Billing.
• MICO/Member Portal.
• Trainerize, IGNITE Engagement Integration with Trainerize
• EON
• Data Warehouse Delivery will be delayed.
• CRS & Excel/Bi Reporting will be unavailable or delayed for up to 12 hours after the maintenance is complete and data syncs.
• IGNITE Sales / GymSales integration syncing between M&O & GymSales will be unavailable during the maintenance and may be delayed for up to 12 hours after the maintenance is complete and data syncs.
• IGNITE Analyze / Customize Data delivery will be delayed for up to 12 hours after the maintenance is complete.
• Potential latency for the following 24-48 hours, as the Engineers will fine tune backend processing.
