We are currently investigating an intermittent issue impacting point-of-sale (POS) payment processing for a subset of customers. At this time, some users may experience payment failures when attempting to process transactions in-club.
We have identified that this issue is related to a third-party vendor (Worldpay), We are actively engaged with the vendor and monitoring their progress toward resolution
